Description

  • Our Smart Washroom is a technologically advanced system designed to enhance the hygiene and comfort of a restroom while also increasing productivity. It employs various sensors and other IoT devices to monitor and control the environment, facilities, and user experience in the washroom.
  • This system can detect the presence of people and automatically sense the temperature. It also provides information about cubical availability through our smart info displays. Additionally, it can track the usage of soap, paper towels, and other supplies to ensure that they are always stocked.
  • In addition, a Smart Washroom IoT can monitor air quality and detect and alert staff to potential maintenance issues. It even has its own dashboard system, allowing staff to receive real-time alerts from the different washrooms. Overall, our Smart Washroom provides a modern and convenient restroom experience, enhancing user comfort and hygiene while streamlining facility management.

Toilet Accessories

All-in-one Air Quality Sensor

Our 5-in-1 Indoor Air Quality Sensor is a powerful tool for monitoring and maintaining a healthy and comfortable environment in a washroom. It measures ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, smoke, temperature, and humidity, and sends the data to the smart washroom gateway, which then uploads it to the cloud dashboard for easy monitoring and analysis as a shared space, a washroom can have different air quality preferences and needs for its users.

An air quality sensor can help to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for all users by adjusting the ventilation and air conditioning systems based on the data collected by the sensor. Poor air quality can lead to discomfort, unpleasant odours, and health hazards such as respiratory problems, headaches, and allergies. By proactively monitoring air quality, washroom operators can take steps to address issues before they become bigger problems, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience for all users.

Heatmap Sensor

A heatmap sensor is a useful tool for facility managers to monitor washroom usage without invading privacy. It uses body temperature to detect usage patterns accurately and can adapt to the environment over time for better accuracy. This helps facility managers to manage, maintain, and improve user experience, such as optimizing washroom layouts and reducing wait times.

Soap Dispenser

Our soap dispenser is easy to refill and has a sensor placed outside the holder to prevent tampering. This helps to reduce obstacles to adoption. Cleaners can easily replace the soap, keeping to their regular routine. The sensor detects soap levels by measuring capacitance change and notifies property managers through our dashboard when the volume is low.

Hand Towel / Toilet Paper

Our sensor system tracks the thickness of toilet paper and hand towels to alert cleaners when supplies are running low. Property managers can monitor usage through our dashboard to enhance user experience and satisfaction while reducing maintenance costs.

Bin Sensor

Our bin sensor tracks the level of rubbish in real-time and alerts cleaners through our dashboard when the bin is almost full. This ensures the bin is emptied before it overflows, keeping the washroom clean and enhancing the user experience.

Water Leakage Sensor

A Water Leakage Sensor is an essential component of a smart washroom as it helps to detect leaks in the plumbing system and prevent water damage. The sensor is equipped with a Titanium BS TA2 (Commercially Pure Grade 2) probe, which is 30% stronger than steel, highly corrosion-resistant, and less likely to rust. When a leak is detected, the sensor sends an alert to the dashboard, enabling maintenance staff to quickly identify the location of the leak and take necessary action to prevent further damage or water wastage. This proactive approach can help to avoid costly repairs, downtime for maintenance, and potential health hazards caused by water damage.

By using a Water Leakage Sensor in a smart washroom, operators can ensure that the facility remains clean, safe, and efficient for users. With its high accuracy and reliability, the sensor provides an added layer of protection against water damage, giving peace of mind to both users and facility managers.

User Experience

Smart Info Stations

  • Our Smart Info Station displays are connected to the gateways of various washrooms, accessible toilets, and baby care rooms, and they display information for customers. These displays will be placed outside each facility. Our featured smart digital signage informs customers about the availability of washrooms, accessible toilets, or baby care rooms. The Smart Info Station and Smart Signage can work together as our signage can communicate with the Smart Washroom Gateway and Info Station to receive real-time occupancy, air quality, temperature, and other parameters.

Smart Info Station features:

  • Cubical availability
  • Accessible toilet and baby care room Availability
  • Air quality
  • Temperature
  • Humidity

Vacancy Indicator

To make it easy for users to determine the availability of toilet cubicles and to ensure an unobstructed view, we have placed a vacancy indicator at the top of each cubicle door. The indicator uses red and green colours to show whether the cubicle is occupied or available, respectively. We use door contact sensors to determine whether a cubicle is occupied. These sensors operate via Bluetooth and communicate with an indicator that is connected to the gateway via Bluetooth as well. This information will be shown in our Info Stations as well for a more user-friendly experience.
