Scanning Process for Guards

Instruct the guard to scan each location tag using the handheld reader. The process is simple: at the end of the reader there is a rim which can be inserted onto the metallic numeric chips on the Location Tag,. Upon successful scanning, the reader emits a distinctive beep noise, and the LED indicator flickers, indicating the completion of the scan.
