The Rosslare AYC-F64 is an IP65-rated PIN and 125 kHz proximity reader/controller for indoor and outdoor access control. It supports 4–8 digit PIN credentials, EM cards, Wiegand 26-bit or Clock & Data output, and can operate as a 500-user standalone controller when paired with Rosslare PS-x25T intelligent power supplies.
The Rosslare AYC-F64 is a rugged 3×4 backlit
PIN and proximity reader designed for indoor and outdoor
access-control applications.
It supports 4–8 digit PIN credentials together
with 125 kHz EM proximity cards and tags,
giving users the flexibility to access a secured area using
a PIN, proximity credential or, in controller mode, a combination
of both.
Its convertible design allows the AYC-F64 to operate as a reader
with a standard access controller or become a
500-user standalone controller when connected
to a compatible Rosslare PS-x25T intelligent power supply.
PIN Access
Supports 4–8 digit PIN credentials through a highly
visible red backlit keypad.
125 kHz Proximity
Supports 125 kHz EM proximity cards and tags with a
maximum specified read range of up to 80 mm.
Convertible Design
Operates as a standard reader or converts into a
standalone access controller with compatible Rosslare hardware.
Up to 500 Users
Supports up to 500 users when operating in controller mode
with a compatible PS-x25T power supply.
IP65 Protection
Epoxy-potted and weather-resistant construction for
indoor and outdoor access-control installations.
Tamper Detection
Back and cover optical tamper detection provides an
additional layer of protection for the reader.
One of the AYC-F64’s key advantages is its convertible
reader/controller design. It can be connected to an existing
access-control system as a reader, or paired with compatible
Rosslare hardware to operate as a standalone controller.

In Reader Mode, the AYC-F64 connects to a
standard access-control controller.
Card credentials can be transmitted using
Wiegand 26-Bit or Clock & Data,
while multiple PIN transmission formats can be selected
according to the connected system.
Reader Mode operates from
5–16 VDC.
When connected to a compatible Rosslare
PS-x25T intelligent power supply,
the AYC-F64 automatically converts into a standalone
access controller.
Controller Mode supports up to
500 users and provides Normal,
Bypass and Secure operating modes.
Secure Mode can require
card + PIN for stronger access verification.
